Allowances count the audio we generate for your requests, per X username, each month. Future Pro allowances do not apply during validation, and unreleased features are not delivered benefits.
A few things you might be wondering.
Do friends need Pro to listen to my playlist?
No. The plan is for Pro members to create and share custom podcast playlists. Anyone with the shared link can listen without buying Pro or signing in to toaudio. This feature still needs to be built.
How is a playlist different from an audio link?
Today, you can share a link to one reading. A planned Pro playlist will bring multiple readings together under one shareable list link. Creating playlists is a Pro benefit; listening through a shared link is open to everyone.
Can I buy Pro right now?
Checkout is not open on this page. $9.99/month and $99.99/year are proposed standard Pro prices. The $39.99 founding offer is a pre-sale proposal; coverage, renewal and refund terms will be confirmed before purchases open.
Are founding membership and Pro separate plans?
No. Pro is the product plan. Founding membership is a way to support it early and receive Pro benefits. The proposal includes premium narration in the early phase and the first year of Pro after launch. Unreleased playlist and batch features will follow when available.
How long does a request take?
Requests and replies are handled by a person, so allow time. We do not promise a fixed turnaround. Free includes 5 hours of generated audio a month; future Pro allowances and batch features do not apply during validation.
Can I use any website or choose another language?
The current scope is a single piece of content on X: a regular post, a long post or an X Article. The default voice is English. General website conversion, full-thread readings and self-service language selection are not offered.
My content was turned into audio. How do I request removal?
Contact @toaudioapp on X to request a takedown. You do not need to buy any plan to make a removal request.
